Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora in Blenheim is seeking a Clinical Needs Assessor to support the Needs Assessment team with co-ordination and communication, building links with hospital and community services. The successful candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities and knowledge of disability models of care, and hold a valid NZ driver’s licence.
