Recovery Coordinator - Supported - Hastings New Zealand Government Hastings, Hawkes Bay, NZ About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey to independence. This is a stable and varied role with opportunities to grow your career in case management. Play to your strengths; use your case management skills Start date : Monday 19 October 2026 Full-time | Monday to Friday | No weekends or public holidays Mō te tūranga mahi Key Responsibilities Work closely with clients, whānau, providers, and employers Communicate via phone, email, and in person Manage rehabilitation plans and help remove barriers to recovery Support clients to achieve their recovery goals About You Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex info clearly and supportively A curious mindset – keen to learn and apply technical and legislative knowledge Adaptability – great time management and flexibility to meet client needs Resilience – able to support others through tough times without carrying it home A clean NZ driver's licence – for occasional travel Bonus : Experience in case management or the public sector is helpful but not essential What We Offer Salary : $70,000 & 9% superannuation Annual performance reviews linked to pay increases Wellness and employee discount programmes Work-Life Balance – Monday to Friday only – no nights, weekends, or public holidays Hours – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5 : 30pm Positive Work Environment – open‑plan office with spaces for collaboration and focus Supportive leadership with regular coaching Employee networks that celebrate diversity and inclusion About us ACC exists to support people – we help prevent injuries and get New Zealanders and visitors back to everyday life if they've had an accident.
