The opportunity We're seeking a physiotherapist to join our clinical team across both sites. This role suits either a new graduate looking for a genuinely supported first year, or an experienced clinician wanting autonomy within a well-run practice. What you'll be doing Assessing, diagnosing and managing a varied musculoskeletal caseload Developing individualised, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans Prescribing and progressing therapeutic exercise programmes Educating patients on their condition, self-management and injury prevention Managing ACC and private clients, including accurate clinical documentation and claim management Working alongside our team of physiotherapists and support staff across both clinics Contributing to in-house case discussion and professional development sessions What we're looking for Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate (or eligibility to obtain, for those graduating this year) A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy Sound musculoskeletal assessment and clinical reasoning skills Excellent communication skills, with genuine empathy and a patient-centred approach Reliable, organised, and comfortable working within established clinical systems Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Post-graduate study or a special clinical interest is a bonus, not a requirement What we offer Salary of $70,000 – $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience A structured professional development budget and dedicated mentoring, particularly strong support for new graduates Exposure across two well-established clinics with a loyal local patient base A collegial, close-knit team with genuine clinical discussion, not just throughput A practice that invests in your long-term career Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
