About the role Working both in the workshop and in the field, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of agricultural equipment. You’ll work with advanced machinery and technology while supporting customers to minimise downtime and maximise productivity. Key responsibilities include: Diagnostics and fault-finding on agricultural equipment Servicing, maintenance, and repairs Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting Field service work as required Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety Building positive relationships with customers and team members Skills and experience required Relevant automotive trade qualification and equivalent industry experience Experience working on agricultural equipment is highly sought after though experience on other heavy equipment will also be considered Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Experience with hydraulic and electronic systems Ability to work independently and within a team environment Good communication and customer service skills Clean, current driver's licence Additional information Top rates, overtime, tool allowance, and excellent benefits Work with industry-leading agricultural machinery Career development, manufacturer training, and long-term opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
