Your new role As a Solutions Architect specialising in strategy and governance, you will play a pivotal role in defining architectural direction across complex programmes. Working closely with Enterprise Architects, business leaders and delivery teams, you will translate strategic vision into practical, scalable solutions while ensuring governance, alignment and long term value. Responsibilities Shape and refine programme roadmaps alongside Enterprise and Strategic Architects. Define transition states and high level solution architectures. Provide architectural governance across multiple initiatives. Lead options analysis and provide strategic recommendations. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. Embed customer journey and service design principles into solution decisions. Support business case development by identifying architectural impacts and benefits. Maintain traceability between strategic objectives and solution outcomes. Manage dependencies and influence programme prioritisation. Collaborate with product owners, security specialists and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. Requirements Proven experience as a Solution Architect within large scale transformation environments. Strong background in architecture strategy, governance and roadmap development. Experience designing transition states and future state architectures. Strong understanding of integration, cloud platforms and data architecture. Knowledge of security, compliance and performance considerations. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively across business and technology teams. Collaborative approach with a passion for driving strategic outcomes.
