Te āhua o Te Tūrunga - The nature of the position We are seeking a highly capable Management Accountant to lead and deliver financial management, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering support for the Manaaki New Zealand Scholarships Programme (MNZSP). This is a key role responsible for the financial management and performance of the programme. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis, providing trusted financial advice that supports effective decision-making and programme success. As the programme's lead finance advisor, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, translate complex financial information into meaningful insights, and help inform strategic and operational decisions. Ngā tino Pūkenga/Wheako - Essential skills/experiences for the role To be successful in this role you will have: Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management accounting, business partnering, or financial management role within a medium to large commercial, public sector, or government organisation Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust Experience with D365 Business Central and Power BI is highly desirable The remuneration band for this role is $103k - $121k Applications close 9.00 am Monday 3 August 2026 We will be reviewing applications as they are received and may begin shortlisting suitable candidates prior to the closing date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
