Farm Manager Needed in Morrinsville (REC-FM-IJ) We’re looking for an experienced Farm Manager with at least 3+ years of ideally New Zealand dairy experience to lead a 850 cow farm in the Morrinsville area. The farm is situated just 30 minutes to Paeroa and Morrinsville, milking through a 50 Herringbone shed. Key Responsibilities You’ll oversee all aspects of farm performance, including: Milking and shed management Animal husbandry and production Animal health monitoring, management, and treatment Pasture and fodder management Breeding, calving, and calf rearing Machinery and equipment maintenance Contractor coordination and management Compliance with regulatory standards Staff supervision and training General farm duties as required Hours and Conditions You’ll work 35 h ours per week On 11 days on, 3 days off roster Remuneration Wage ranges from $35.59 – $40 per hour Package reflective of experience and proven ability Requirements To be considered, you must: Provide a current and complete CV or other verifiable work evidence Have strong dairy farming experience and solid references Be physically fit and drug-free (pre- employment test required) Hold a Full Driver Licence (for travel between farm and runoff) Have a strong work ethic , good communication skills , and genuine care for animal welfare If you’re committed to early starts, high standards, teamwork, and looking after stock with respect and skill, this is a great long‑term opportunity in one of New Zealand’s most beautiful farming regions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
