Cyclone in Invercargill is seeking an onsite Support Engineer to join our team. You’ll provide L1/L2 support for software, hardware and network issues on site at a large customer, with occasional support for other clients including government departments. You’ll be proactive, engage with customers, drive issues to resolution, and contribute to improved user experiences.
