Booster’s Investment and Super products represent a critical and growing part of their business, serving customers through multiple life stages and investment goals. In an ever‑changing market these products require constant development, governance and commercial focus to remain competitive and compliant. As Product Manager you will own these products from end‑to‑end, working closely with Booster’s Investment Research and Portfolio Management teams, translating investment philosophy and portfolio strategy into compelling, commercially successful customer propositions. This is a senior, commercially important role with direct impact on Boosters ability to grow and retain its customer base. What will you need? To succeed in this role you will need: Previous experience in a product management role focusing on investment management, KiwiSaver, superannuation or wealth management An understanding fund structures and portfolio management principles Previous success leading cross‑functional teams A strong understanding of the New Zealand’s compliance and regulatory framework The ability to work alongside investment managers and researchers and explain complex investment concepts to a wide audience What’s in it for you?
