Job Description
JobSpace is seeking committed support workers in Wellington to provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to clients at home. You will follow individual care plans, assist with hygiene, mobility, and daily tasks, and support wellbeing and independence. You will travel to clients' homes, accompany medical or community appointments, and collaborate with nurses and families to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
