Te Tūranga - About The Role We're looking for a Supply Chain Facilities Manager to join our Property Asset Management team and help ensure our distribution facilities operate safely, efficiently and sustainably. Combining technical expertise with operational leadership, you'll oversee critical infrastructure, maintenance programmes and asset planning across some of our most important supply chain facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on operational management while helping shape the future of our Upper North Island distribution network, including our Landing Drive Distribution & Support Centre and the future Paitai Way temperature‑controlled facility. You’ll lead the day‑to‑day facilities management of several supply chain facilities and partner closely with operations, engineering teams, contractors, landlords and key stakeholders to ensure our sites remain compliant, reliable, and fit for purpose. Key Responsibilities Include Leading facilities management across assigned distribution centres and support facilities. Managing critical building infrastructure, building management systems (BMS), and energy performance initiatives. Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance programmes across complex operational environments. Managing contractors, service providers, procurement activities, and capital works projects. Monitoring asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle planning to optimise long‑term value. Ensuring compliance with lease obligations, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards. Supporting sustainability initiatives and using data to drive performance improvements. Managing operational and capital budgets while supporting future asset investment planning. He Kōrero Mōu - About You You’ll be a technically capable facilities leader who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement across large‑scale industrial environments. You’ll Bring More than five years' experience in facilities management, property management, or industrial site management. Experience managing large-scale industrial, warehousing, logistics, or distribution facilities. Strong technical knowledge of building management systems, mechanical services, and critical infrastructure. Proven experience managing contractors, maintenance programmes, and capital projects. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across diverse groups. Knowledge of industrial lease obligations and facilities compliance requirements. A strong commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
