You'll act as the key point of contact on site, coordinating labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and programme delivery while working closely alongside senior management. You'll be trusted to keep projects moving, maintain quality standards, manage site resources, and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders throughout the build process. What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Leading hand (Any management certs are a strong bonus) Strong understanding of residential construction and sequencing Ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage site programmes Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, site presentation, and delivering outstanding results Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa #J-18808-Ljbffr
