Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering fast, accurate testing and reporting, from wine receival through to final product analysis, ensuring our products consistently meet client and quality requirements. Working closely with Production, Cellar, and Supply Chain teams, you'll play an important role in supporting operational performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Working closely with Production, Cellar, and Supply Chain teams, you'll play an important role in supporting operational performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and advanced wine analysis, including chemistry and microbiology testing. Ensure wine meets all bottling specifications and remains in specification throughout the bottling process. Accurately record, interpret, and communicate test results to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Production, Cellar, and Supply Chain teams to support efficient workflow. Maintain laboratory equipment through routine calibration, verification, and maintenance activities. Ensure laboratory cleanliness and organisation to 5S standards. Participate in daily team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Support quality, sustainability, and health & safety systems and objectives.
