Cultivate Recruitment – Rolleston, South Island The Opportunity | Te Āheinga This is a rare chance to join a newly forming telesales team based in Rolleston, Christchurch, you'll manage an established account base of loyal customers, handling inbound orders and proactively upselling product lines across a fast-moving day. The role is permanent, with a 6am–2:30pm shift that gives you your afternoons back. Your day-to-day will include: Managing and growing relationships within your own account base Handling customer orders and identifying upselling opportunities Navigating multiple systems accurately in a high-pace environment Bringing energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction About You | Mōu You're someone who thrives in a busy, phone-based environment and genuinely enjoys talking to customers. You'll have experience in a sales or customer-facing phone role, ideally where building ongoing relationships has been central to the work. Experience with proactive upselling and account management, rather than cold calling, will set you up well here.
