About Integrated Safety Response (ISR) ISR is a multi‑agency model designed to ensure individuals and whānau experiencing family harm receive the right support at the right time. Through a coordinated, integrated approach, ISR partners work together to reduce and prevent family harm across Aotearoa. About CWSS Collaboration The Canterbury Whānau Safety Services Collaboration (CWSS) brings together agencies committed to delivering high‑quality, culturally responsive services to whānau affected by family harm. The Role: Collaboration Lead The Collaboration Lead represents the voice and needs of the Collaboration, so that member agencies remain connected, informed, and aligned in delivering integrated responses to family harm. This role is central to maintaining strong relationships, effective communication, and high‑quality service delivery across the Collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead Collaboration Engagement — Meet with ISR leadership to discuss issues, improvements, and resolutions. Strengthen Communication — Liaise with member agencies to ensure transparent, effective information flow. Support Performance Oversight — Participate in service performance reviews. Ensure Practice Quality — Ensure a Practice Lead is in place to oversee practice delivery and quality (direct line report). Coordinate Capacity — Ensure a Capacity Coordinator is in place to allocate referrals as agreed (direct line report). Manage Funding Alignment — Ensure funding and FTE allocations align with procurement processes and meet whānau demand. Resolve Service Delivery Issues — Work with ISR leadership to address concerns. Support Workforce Performance — Where individual performance issues arise, ensure they are addressed by the employing agency.
