Rollform Operator

Aztech Buildings are seeking a skilled Rollform Operator to join our manufacturing team in Cambridge, Waikato Region. This permanent, full-time position is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our rollforming machinery, contributing to the production of high-quality products that meet our clients' specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. Applicants must be willing to work afternoon/evening shifts when required to help meet production demands. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor rollforming machinery to produce components according to specifications Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimise downtime Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor Qualifications: Previous experience operating manufacturing or rollforming machinery would be highly regarded. Experience within the steel, manufacturing or construction industry is advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
