We're looking for a dependable Inventory & Stores Coordinator to join our Christchurch operation full time. What you'll be doing Receiving, checking and processing incoming stock Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records Issuing stock to production while ensuring full traceability Coordinating cycle counts and stocktakes Dispatching finished products accurately and on time Keeping the warehouse organised, compliant and audit-ready Supporting production when required and contributing to continuous improvement What we're looking for Experience in stores, warehousing, inventory or stock control A reliable, dependable work ethic with excellent attendance Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving stock of up to 20kg at one time Experience within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or another regulated environment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
