Community Connections is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Kapiti Coast, Wellington. The full-time fixed-term role runs from 3 August 2026 to 17 May 2027 to cover parental leave and will reduce hours gradually upon return. You will work closely with individuals with complex disabilities to foster independence and life skills.
