eLearning Assistant - Legal Studies team Listed 1 day Ago Education Position Type: Permanent, Part Time (16 hours per week) Provides specialist technical and administrative support for online programmes, maintaining Moodle courses, supporting academic staff and students, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality online learning. A highly qualified, experienced and professional team delivering the New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies and the New Zealand Diploma in Conveyancing fully online. We are committed to providing high-quality teaching, exceptional student support, and industry-relevant learning. Develop, code and maintain Moodle online learning resources Provide timely technical and administrative support for online programmes Manage student records and programme documentation accurately Prepare and distribute information and resources to staff and students Build strong relationships across teams and contribute to process improvements You bring: Strong knowledge of online learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, coding and creation of online resources) Certificate Level 4 qualification in Administration or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and databases Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology is the largest vocational education provider in the Bay of Plenty and South Waikato.
