Inthis role, you may: Provide proactivesupport to the Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, meetingcoordination, travel planning, and thoughtful use of time to supportwellbeing Coordinate projects,training, events, and regional initiatives so they arewellorganisedand easy for others to engage with Support the smoothcoordination of the regional vehicle fleet Contribute to safetyandwellbeingpractices across the region, including playing anactive role in the regional safety andwellbeingcommittee Takeclear,accuratemeeting minutes whenrequired Buildandmaintainpositive relationships with key partners supportingour tāngatawhaiora andtaiohi, including pharmacies,government departments, first aid providers, and training suppliers Liaise confidentlywith Pathwayskaimahi, including being present at service sites,responding helpfully to queries, and escalating issues to the rightmanager when needed Thisis a permanent, full-timeposition working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm,based at Harakeke House in Manukau, Auckland.
