Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience working with youth. Full driver\'s license and owning your own vehicle is essential. You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own. Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
