About the Role This is a full-time role supporting the Branch Manager in our Napier Store. You'll play a pivotal role in promoting a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment. Your responsibilities will include driving sales and promotional activities to exceed targets, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising, managing stock efficiently, and maintaining a strong focus on loss prevention. You'll also provide crucial administrative support, including sales reporting, team performance analysis, and roster management. Upholding company policies and procedures will be key to ensuring operational excellence. About You We're looking for a motivated and dedicated individual with proven leadership experience in retail. You're someone who can inspire, coach, and encourage your team to deliver outstanding results. Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional sales performance.
