2x Pavement Supervisor

ConsultANZ - 2x Pavement Supervisors ConsultANZ is seeking 2x Pavement Supervisors for a leading civil engineering contractor based in Auckland, New Zealand. This role is ideal for experienced pavement professionals with a strong asphalt background, excellent leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of paving operations, plant, and health & safety. Main Duties Supervise pavement and asphalt crews across maintenance, commercial, and major infrastructure projects Manage daily site operations to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification Coordinate paving plant, equipment, and site resources Lead and mentor crews of up to 10 people Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards Requirements Relevant civil construction, roading, or pavement construction qualification/certificate 5+ years' experience in pavement or asphalt construction in a supervisory role Strong asphalt paving background with knowledge of paving plant and equipment Proven leadership and team management skills Experience managing health & safety on civil construction projects International applicants, particularly from South Africa, are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive base salary of $110K–$130K + company ute, negotiable depending on experience Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available Work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects Excellent career development opportunities with a leading contractor Additional information Based in Auckland, New Zealand Permanent full-time role. $110K-$130K + company ute, negotiable depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
