Industrial Painter

We're looking for experienced Industrial Painters to join a busy engineering team working across multiple industrial sites in Whakatu, Hastings. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale projects, develop your skills in a specialised industry, and secure ongoing night shift work with weekly pay. Location: Whakatu, Hastings Start date: Immediate start Pay rate: $32 per hour (weekly pay) About the Role You'll be working across workshop and on-site environments preparing, protecting and coating steel and industrial structures while maintaining high quality workmanship and safety standards. What You'll Be Doing Surface preparation including grinding and sanding Applying primers and protective coatings Spray, roller and brush application Working in both workshop and site environments Following job specifications and quality procedures Supporting fabrication and installation teams Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Working safely across active industrial and construction sites What We're Looking For Previous industrial painting experience (or closely related painting experience) Experience using spray equipment, rollers and brushes Fit & Healthy Ability to read and follow job specifications Strong commitment to health and safety Full Class 1 driver's licence Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team What's In It For You? $32 per hour paid weekly Immediate start Ongoing night shift opportunities Opportunity to upskill within a specialised industry Work with an experienced engineering team Build valuable experience across varied industrial projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
