Pact Group is seeking passionate and resilient Support Workers for a 16-week residential AOD treatment programme in Kapiti. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering a kaupapa Māori-informed model, guiding whaiora toward identity, whānau connection and a life free from substance use and offending. You will work within tikanga-based practice, trauma-informed care, and alongside clinicians and cultural advisors.
