What Where Customer Service & Admin Officer - 6 Months Contract - LXY We are looking for Customer Service & Administrative Executives to support customer service operations, administrative coordination, and mail/courier handling in a structured service environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, service-oriented, detail-conscious, and comfortable handling enquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting day-to-day operational processes across multiple service touchpoints. Contract Duration: 6 months We are looking for Customer Service & Administrative Executives to support customer service operations, administrative coordination, and mail/courier handling in a structured service environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, service-oriented, detail-conscious, and comfortable handling enquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting day-to-day operational processes across multiple service touchpoints. Contract Details Contract Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities 1) Administrative Support Support case management system administrative operations, including role assignments, basic report generation, and category maintenance Assist with corporate gifts coordination and related administrative support Support the maintenance of billing contact records for organisations 2) Mail and Courier Management Prepare outgoing mail, including registered, local, and overseas mail, for postage Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups with proper tracking and record keeping Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery and pickup completion 3) Customer Service Operations Respond professionally to enquiries across customer service touchpoints within service level requirements Handle customer enquiries, provide clarifications where required, and assess, route, or elevate cases to the appropriate teams according to established workflows Support smooth case handling and communication across service channels Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent with relevant experience, or candidates with a Diploma Previous experience in customer service or administration will be an advantage Strong communication and listening skills Good written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, professional, and empathetic email responses Good problem-solving and analytical skills Basic computer literacy, including basic Excel knowledge Comfortable learning and navigating different systems Good time management and multitasking ability Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
