About the Role As a Content Publisher, you will manage and maintain operational content and documentation across multiple digital products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a high-quality user experience. Working within a digital product and engineering environment, you\'ll collaborate with stakeholders across global markets to source, publish, update, and localise content. You\'ll play an important role in supporting product updates, new feature releases, customer communications, and market documentation while maintaining consistency in tone, terminology, and content quality across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Publish, maintain, and update content across multiple digital products. Manage market documentation, including agreements, handbooks, policies, and operational resources. Coordinate localisation and translation requirements across global markets. Support digital product launches, feature releases, and ongoing content improvements. Maintain website content, redirects, forms, FAQs, and related operational content. Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, and market stakeholders to ensure content is delivered accurately and on time. Monitor content effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using available data and insights. Maintain content standards, terminology, and tone of voice across digital products and customer touchpoints. Essential Skills and Experience At least 5 years\' experience in content publishing, communications, content management, or a similar role supporting digital products. Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms. Strong copywriting, editing, and content quality assurance skills. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating deliverables across multiple teams. Experience working alongside digital product, software development, or technology teams. Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience evaluating content performance and using insights to inform content improvements. Preferred Skills and Experience The following experience would be advantageous but is not essential: A relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, Digital Media, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, InDesign, or digital asset management platforms. Experience supporting localisation or translation projects. Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools. Experience working within the fitness, health, wellbeing, or membership industries. Experience supporting global or multi-market digital products.
