About The Role As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right BYD vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from their first enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond. You'll build lasting customer relationships, proactively follow up leads, and maintain an active sales pipeline using our CRM systems. You'll also assist with vehicle merchandising to ensure our showroom and display areas look their best, and work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to achieve both individual and team sales targets. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience, with previous automotive sales experience highly regarded. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presentation. A customer-first approach and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Self-motivated, results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage. A full New Zealand driver's licence.
