About the Role Are you an experienced Neonatal Registered Nurse with a passion for Neonatal care? Join our friendly team at Whakatane Hospitals Neonatal Unit. We are looking for candidates with strong organisation and communication skills who thrive in a team environment. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable newborns and their Whanau. This is a 1.0 FTE permanent full time opportunity working 40 hours per week. Out Neonatal Unit provides specialised care for pēpi and whānau across the Bay of Plenty. The team is skilled, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality neonatal care in a supportive environment. Based at Whakatane Hospital, the service combines the pace and complexity of secondary care with the lifestyle benefits of coastal living. The successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Nurse with excellent organisational and communication skills. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting both colleagues and whānau in the care journey.
