We provide assessment, repairs, servicing, modifications, training, and mentoring services funded by ACC and the Ministry of Social Development – Disability Support Services. We are recognised nationally for our expertise, service quality, and our role as the national training provider for therapist credentialing. Our work supports people of all ages and abilities to participate more fully in everyday life through person-centred, culturally safe practice. We are seeking an experienced Technician Team Lead to join the Seating To Go leadership team, supporting our Bay of Plenty and Lakes region. This role can be based in either our Tauranga or Rotorua branch. Flexibility to work across locations may be required. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring technician services are delivered in a sustainable, efficient, and professional manner. You will lead and support a team of technicians while maintaining your own repairs and modifications workload, including working jointly on complex technical jobs and supporting developing technicians. You will collaborate closely with Clinical Team Leads, Operations, Training, and the wider leadership team to ensure seamless service delivery, strong workforce capability, and alignment with contractual, quality, and organisational requirements.
