Wellington City Mission’s Te Pā Maru harm reduction service invites a Kaiārahi – Social Worker / AOD Practitioner / health professional to join a small specialist team. You’ll provide one-to-one support, conduct assessments and wellbeing planning tailored to whānau’s cultural needs, and coordinate with external health services.
