Job Description
About the Role Working across dairy farms throughout Canterbury, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, repairing, and installing refrigeration systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Scheduled servicing and maintenance of refrigeration systems Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults Carrying out repairs and breakdown work Installation and commissioning of refrigeration equipment Providing rostered emergency call-out support Maintaining accurate service records using mobile technology Working collaboratively with the wider team on new installations and upgrades Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Travelling to client sites throughout Canterbury Refrigeration Technician $28 - $34 per hour What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' refrigeration or air conditioning experience Relevant Refrigeration and Air Conditioning qualification preferred Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and within a team Full drivers license Good written and spoken English Senior Refrigeration Technician $39 - $45 per hour This role is suited to highly experienced technicians looking to take the next step in their career.
