Tui Ora is seeking a Pāhake Whaiora: Mental Health Services for Older People Clinician to provide advanced assessment and coordinated clinical care for older adults with complex mental health and cognitive needs across community, home, and hospital settings. You will work with whānau and primary care teams to deliver recovery-focused care, using culturally responsive practices and up-to-date mental health standards.
