Timber Machinist

Key Responsibilities Set up and operate timber machining equipment Machine timber to specification and quality standards Configure optimisers to meet production requirements Select tooling and complete machine changeovers Monitor machine performance and product quality Reduce product damage through careful handling practices Complete routine machine inspections and basic maintenance checks About You Strong math skills (NCEA Level 2 in Maths and English preferred) Timber Machinist qualification, or previous remanufacturing or timber machining experience A genuine commitment to health and safety - no shortcuts Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality The ability to work well in a close team Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
