About the Role Ventia is on the hunt for highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team in Wellington . This is a varied role that supports the financial, payroll, procurement, and administrative functions of a busy operational contract. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely payroll processing, supplier payments, and effective administrative support to operational teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and thrives on building positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Due to the hands on nature of this role, the successful candidate must be able to work from the office Monday to Friday About You 3 years' experience in a finance, payroll, accounts, or administration role Exposure to payroll processing, purchasing, invoicing, and month-end activities Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel , Outlook andTeams Experience with payroll administration and time-entry processes. Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP systems is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
