About The Role As a member of our checkout team, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and friendly service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Providing Efficient Checkout Service: You will accurately scan and pack orders, minimize wait times, and handle refunds with courtesy. Engaging and Resolving Customer Needs: You will create positive interactions, respond to customer queries, and elevate issues when necessary. Supporting Cash Management: You will assist with cash office activities, including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances. Maintaining Store Standards & Safety: You will ensure store areas are clean and organized, uphold uniform standards, and prioritize safety protocols. Contributing to Service Improvement: You will provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience.
