Key Responsibilities: Must have experience working in a MSP environment Lead IT by evaluating system designs to align with business goals Update network infrastructure with best practices for various OS integrations Translate complex technical solutions in simple terms for client understanding Build strong client relationships through excellent IT services Maintain detailed client IT documentation and records for clear communication and support Provide proactive follow-ups and regular updates for client and team transparency Proven experience across Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory and Exchange Not the right role for you?
