KANDO Innovation – East Tamaki, North Island Our Guardian Safety Bandsaws have been in service worldwide since 2018 and is the first bandsaw globally with a zero-accident track record. Unlike a regular bandsaw, Guardian Safety Bandsaws are sophisticated machines which utilise computer vision to rapidly release stored energy - stopping saw blades in tens of milliseconds and preventing injury to the user. We are growing our inhouse Fabrication team and looking for an experienced Welder to join our new premises in East Tamaki. What’s the role? Fabrication, welding, polishing and assembly of sheet-metal components for our Guardian products. Day shift : Mon - Fri 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible hours available!) Minimum of 5 years of experience Experience working with stainless steel advantageous Shows a positive attitude and proactive nature Excellent mechanical aptitude Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
