We are looking for a clinician with proven team leadership experience in an ACC environment. Understanding ACC contracts, KPIs and performance and driving these is a must have for this important role. You’ll work alongside our wider multidisciplinary team as a clinician,contribute to building our acute physio service whilst ensuring exceptional delivery of the range of services we provide. Services include acute physiotherapy, pain management, concussion, social rehab assessments, training for independenceand vocational rehabilitation. You’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships and work with private funders, sports teams, schools and corporates. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you will be the most senior member and leading the Porirua and Kapiti teams. You’ll be supported by our Regional Manager, National Managers and senior clinicians throughout the company.We have excellent leadership pathways for ambitiousclinicians keen to grow their careers, generous CPD, leadership coaching and training.
