This is a full-time permanent role with long-term career stability. As the Health & Wellness Coordinator, you'll provide clinical leadership and health advocacy across multiple residential services. Working closely with Service Managers, support staff, families, and external healthcare providers, you'll ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred healthcare and support. About the Role To be successful in this role, you will have: Current New Zealand Registered Nurse (RN) registration with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC). Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities or individuals with complex health needs. Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills. Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A full New Zealand Driver Licence. Eligibility to complete a Police Vetting check.
