Part-Time Front Office Receptionist - Sunday Position

This role offers a guaranteed Sunday shift every week (9:00am–4:30pm) and is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work. Additional shifts are often available during school holidays and when covering annual leave. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs. Responding to accommodation enquiries by phone, email and in person. Processing reservations and guest payments. Promoting accommodation and maximising sales opportunities. Assisting both corporate and leisure guests throughout their stay. Working closely with housekeeping and the wider team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Following Quest systems and procedures to maintain high service standards. We're looking for someone who has: A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality. A professional, friendly and confident manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. A positive, flexible and can-do attitude The ability to think on their feet and solve problems independently. Confidence using computer systems.
