Competitive hourly rate to attract an experienced qualified printer (call for details) 4 days on / 4 days off roster providing excellent work-life balance Permanent night shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am All overtime paid at time and a half Work alongside a second qualified Printer, Print Assistants, and two dedicated mounters supporting your machine 5 weeks annual leave (night shift benefit) Medical insurance provided Annual Christmas shutdown Strong, cohesive team environment Genuine career progression opportunities within a global organisation About the Role Operate a W&H Miraflex 8-colour wide web flexographic printing press , producing quality printed products on flexible film substrates Work as part of a skilled production team alongside experienced printers, print assistants, and dedicated mount-up operators Ensure high standards of print quality, efficiency, and production output Contribute to a positive, team-focused production environment About You You will ideally have: Previous experience operating a wide web flexographic printing press Experience printing onto flexible film substrates Strong understanding of print quality, colour, registration, and troubleshooting A safety-first mindset and excellent attention to detail A positive and collaborative approach to teamwork Physically fit and comfortable safely lifting up to 25kg Ability to commit to a permanent night shift roster Considering a Move to Christchurch?
