Maintenance Fitter

New Zealand Panels Group – Thames, North Island Kopine is part of NZ Panels Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of interior panel products used by the joinery industry. Our products can be found in the country's leading homes and commercial buildings. Our mantra is ‘make it happen’ which is something we strive for in everything we do! We are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to have the flexibility to work on various shifts: including day, afternoon and night shifts, between 42-50 hours per week. The role will also include ad-hoc unplanned maintenance work that occurs and plays a key role in supporting our operations & production teams. You will be responsible for front line fault finding and preventative maintenance, equipment maintenance and recording of maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs of any plant and equipment. You will have the relevant qualifications and a minimum of five years’ experience in the field. If you have dual trade electrical (or any electrical experience) that would be advantageous.
