Electricians - Christchurch

Kirimana Consultants – Christchurch, South Island We have opportunities for Licensed Electricians available with multiple Christchurch-based clients with ongoing work across residential, commercial and industrial projects. This is full-time, permanent and project-based work for electricians looking for stability, variety, and well-managed sites. You’ll be involved in a mix of installations, maintenance, upgrades, and fault-finding, depending on the project and client. Roles are based in Christchurch and surrounding areas, with consistent hours and realistic workloads. What you’ll be doing Electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work Working across residential, commercial, and industrial sites Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications Fault-finding and problem-solving electrical issues Completing work to NZ electrical standards and regulations Working full-time hours (minimum 40 hours per week) What we’re looking for Current NZ Electrical Practising Licence (EWRB Registered) Experience across installation and/or maintenance work Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team Full NZ driver’s licence What’s on offer Full-time, permanent roles with established Christchurch employers Variety of work across different project types Competitive pay based on experience and licence class Well-run sites with realistic programmes Long-term opportunities with work secured ahead Kirimana works alongside reputable New Zealand businesses across multiple industries, supporting the placement of capable, reliable professionals into quality roles and environments.
