For more information about the company please visit our website. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Power Technician to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of technical tasks including substation maintenance, protection relay testing and configuration, commissioning electrical equipment, fault finding, network switching, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards. Got what it takes? Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) Registration and a current Practicing Licence At least 3 years’ experience within the electricity supply industry Proven experience working in high voltage substations, including primary systems, instrumentation equipment, and protection relay testing and configuration Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations, commissioning, testing and fault diagnosis Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and plans Strong written and verbal communication skills including writing technical reports.
