Mō te tūranga | About the role As a Personal Assistant, you will provide proactive administrative and operational support to two senior leaders within Financial Crime, helping them and their leadership teams stay organised, connected and focused on delivering key priorities. You’ll be a key point of contact across the division, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, managing correspondence, supporting team rhythms and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, trusted with confidential information, confident working with senior stakeholders, and comfortable balancing competing priorities in a busy environment. In this role, you will: Provide proactive and effective administrative support to the Financial Crime Tribe Lead and GM Financial Crime Operations Coordinate and create materials for presentations, correspondence and internal communications Manage diaries, meetings, events, functions and leadership team rhythms Support travel arrangements, accommodation, expenses, record management and technology requests Assist with weekly and monthly team meetings, including preparation, coordination and minute taking where required Help ensure policies, practices and key operational processes are followed Support onboarding and exiting of team members Build strong relationships across Financial Crime, Enterprise Operations and the wider EA and PA community Contribute to specific projects and initiatives requested by the GMs, with opportunities to broaden your experience beyond the day-to-day To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong senior administrative or personal assistant experience, excellent judgement, and the ability to stay one step ahead in a busy leadership environment. You’ll be someone who takes pride in providing outstanding support, builds trusted relationships quickly, and brings a high degree of confidentiality, maturity and discretion to everything you do. You’ll bring: 5+ years’ experience in a similar Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, senior administration or business support role A strong commitment to outstanding customer service Excellent organisation and time management skills The ability to prioritise effectively, work autonomously and manage competing deadlines Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with people at all levels High attention to detail, accuracy, spelling and grammar Excellent written and verbal communication skills Initiative, sound judgement and strong problem-solving skills Proven MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint A high degree of confidentiality, maturity and discretion at all times He tā mātou | What can we offer?
