We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Wellington-based Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional who enjoys owning the end-to-end planning process, building strong supplier partnerships, and shaping how a growing trans-Tasman business gets product to customers - reliably, efficiently, and at the right cost. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is responsible for the end-to-end planning and performance of Plumbline's supply chain across both Plumbline New Zealand (including our Christchurch-based bathroom furniture manufacturing division) and Plumbline Australia. You'll lead demand forecasting, inventory management, supplier performance, and operational reporting - making sure product is available where and when it's needed, while keeping inventory healthy and suppliers accountable. With two direct reports, you'll also play a key part in building capability within the supply chain function. Key Responsibilities Own the demand forecasting process across the SKU range and generate accurate replenishment plans Optimise safety stock and reorder points to support our minimum stock cover policy Manage the end-to‑end purchase order process from raising orders through to goods receipt Lead supplier review meetings, maintain supplier scorecards, and drive performance against agreed KPIs Negotiate ongoing terms and renewals of Distribution and Supplier Agreements Provide oversight of international freight, inbound logistics, and MPI/biosecurity compliance Develop and maintain a suite of supply chain operational reports for the leadership team Maintain accurate supply chain data within NetSuite Lead, coach, and develop a team of two direct reports What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supply chain, procurement, or inventory management role Demonstrated experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights Proficiency in ERP systems – experience with NetSuite advantageous Advanced Excel skills, including data modelling and incorporating AI into reporting workflows Excellent communication and relationship management skills Experience leading or developing a small team Experience in wholesale distribution, manufacturing or building products, familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), and exposure to international freight and import logistics would be advantageous.
