With a great opportunity to enhance your administrative skills in an organisation dedicated to helping communities. This is a full‑time role (40phw) working Monday-Friday from our Oriental Parade offices with flexibility to work from home one day per week following a period of induction. This is a fixed‑term role starting ASAP through to 23rd December 2026. Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role : General office administrative duties including meeting organisation and minutes Ensuring legislative compliance of Official Information Act requests Coordination of Honours & Awards process Accounts payable and asset management Efficiently deliver a range of administrative activities in a responsive and timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining quality administration systems and delivering support to a high standard within agreed timeframes to ensure a reliable support service is provided. Working across a range of departments and functions with potential to deliver a good variety of work. To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will : Highly effective time management and prioritisation skills High-level attention to detail Proficiency in Office365 applications Natural affinity to problem solving and process improvement Fun personality with a strong customer focus Ko wai mātou - who are we?
