Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman At Stayhub, we offer a full range of Airbnb, holiday home, and short-term rental property management services. This includes everything from maximising the promotion of property extensively across global platforms to managing the guest experience, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, plus more. We are looking to have someone join us who loves to work independently and prides themself on their work, their initiative and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Complete day-to-day maintenance requirements of the properties, including preventative maintenance, painting, plastering, and general maintenance, which may include some gardening/outdoor work. Work with a computer-based programmed maintenance schedule including updating all completed tasks, timings and costs. Trouble shoot & repair property maintenance issues on inspection. About You Time spent in a hotel, apartment, or hospitality environment will be advantageous, but not essential. Customer service orientated. Ability to work alone, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail, as well as being part of a supportive wider team environment. You must be physically fit. Familiar with using tools with existing handyman/maintenance skills. If you love to look after gardens or pools from time to time, this is a plus! Be well presented and have excellent English communication skills. Full NZ driver's license. Ability to work on rotating roster schedule including weekends. Available to be on call (evenings) during your scheduled period. Applicants must have permanent legal working rights in New Z land (New Z land Citizen or New Z land Permanent Resident).
