This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their bakery careers. Join us in the best-smelling department in the store, where you can express your creativity and passion for baking. As our new Baker, you can expect to: Prepare and bake high-quality cakes and breads for our department. Champion health and safety, as well as food safety practices, to provide excellent service to our bakery customers. Train, develop, and supervise apprentices and team members within the Bakery Department. About You Our ideal Baker should possess: Previous experience and demonstrated knowledge in baking. A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules while meeting tight deadlines.
